  • Troop Data: Administrators may provide information about their troop, such as name, number, and a meeting address.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data: The core functionality of the App is map-based. We collect location information when you: place a marker on the map, use the "Add at Current Location" feature, or use the Route Planner feature.
  • Usage Data: We use Firebase services, which may automatically collect data related to your use of the App, such as device information, operating system, and crash reports to help us diagnose and fix issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the App, improve it, and communicate with you.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared with other troop members and with third-party services like Firebase (Google) and Google Maps Platform to operate the App. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, and manage your troop memberships. You can request account deletion by contacting your troop administrator.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website.
